Direct orders
If you need to cancel or change a direct order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp +971 55 713 3786. Whether we can cancel or change it depends on whether preparation or delivery has started.
Incorrect or damaged orders
Contact us promptly with the order details and, where useful, a photograph. We will review the issue and confirm the appropriate replacement, correction or refund based on what happened.
Delivery-platform orders
For orders paid through Talabat, Careem, Noon Food, Deliveroo or another delivery platform, use that platform's support and refund process because it controls the payment transaction. We will assist with the restaurant-side details when needed.
Bulk and scheduled orders
Cancellation arrangements for bulk meals are confirmed with the quotation because ingredients, preparation and delivery may be reserved specifically for the order.
